Mary is a published short story writer and sometimes drummer who makes it a goal to learn something new and valuable each day. She attended Winthrop University, Central Piedmont Community College and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte to pursue her writing and paralegal skills, and is currently working with General Assembly to develop her digital marketing skills.

Biography



People often seek professional legal assistance when things in their lives or businesses begin to unravel. Mary Pavlinchak’s great skill is helping clients to understand they that are both heard and valued at our firm. Mary joined Lindley Law in 2019, and brings with her a wealth of experience in client services, senior assistance, administration, and paralegal work in such wide-ranging fields as immigration, real estate, trusts and estate planning, contract and business law, as well as civil litigation.

Just as no single approach is right for every individual or business client of Lindley Law, Mary deftly draws from her arsenal of skills to manage the firm’s daily affairs as the Office Administrator, while also assisting our attorneys in her role as Paralegal. No task is too small or too difficult in her mission to welcome clients and keep the firm on track.

Mary serves the senior community where she lives as both a therapy volunteer at memory care facilities and a Saturday soup kitchen helper. When not with her family on her down time, Mary’s likely to be found playing fetch with her Golden Retrievers or honing their therapy training.
